What problems can it help with?

Hypnotherapy is especially helpful for habit breaking, anxiety and stress-related issues, fears and phobias, pain relief, and for a range of long-term conditions. In recent years the approach has been gaining steam in the medical world after a recommendation from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recognised hypnotherapy as a treatment for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
