I am a Hypnotherapist, Sports Psychotherapist, Emotional Resilience trainer and Riding Instructor.
Clients come to me to overcome hurdles in any area of their life - personal, sporting or business, as a result of an accident or injury, or life challenges such as pregnancy and childbirth, divorce, bereavement, and career changes.
Using hypnosis, hypnotherapy and advanced hypnotherapeutic techniques within their sessions is the quickest and least stressful way of making the changes they want, often within three sessions.
I came to hypnotherapy and the potentials of hypnosis, as a direct result of a friend recovering from ME after completing a training called “The Phil Parker Lightning Process”. This incorporates aspects of Self Hypnosis, NLP and self-coaching.
I was amazed that a three-day program teaching self-hypnosis, can so powerfully and quickly improve our health. I had begun to appreciate how our mind can influence our health, the science of Psycho Neuro Immunology (PNI) and the use of hypnosis.
In 2008 I completed my training to Advanced Diploma in Hypnosis, Master NLP Hypnotherapist and Advanced Lightning Process Practitioner.
In 2010 order to deepen my knowledge of PNI, I undertook a Dip HE in Clinical Hypnosis.
In 2012 after developing my knowledge of Advanced Hypno-therapeutic techniques to help clients with PTSD, pain and trauma, I graduated BSc (hons) 1st class in Clinical Hypnosis from St. Mary's University, Twickenham.
I am one of a very few in the UK to have taken my knowledge of Clinical Hypnosis to Degree level. This means that my clients benefit from a broader range of advanced hypnosis and therapeutic techniques tailored to them, to help overcome serious issues such as PTSD and develop Emotional Resilience in both general life and sport.
Children and young adults with long term health conditions typically have issues with social confidence, self-esteem and eating disorders, and my particular area of interest as a LP practitioner was the more unusual cases and children. These cases necessitated bespoke programs, including successfully helping the youngest ever child, at just three and a half years old, on his road to recovery from ME.
I am a British Horse Society trained Assistant Instructor and Intermediate Stable Manager with over 30 years of experience as a rider, instructor, trainer and competitor in many disciplines - from dressage, show jumping, eventing and showing, and even as a work jockey for a racing yard.
I'm also a separated mother with two girls, whose life, like most of us, has taken a lot of twists and turns, producing some serious challenges and issues to overcome. Which helps me to understand the issues my clients face, and the very real effect they can have on themselves and their families, and enables me to work with them, to produce real, fast and effective changes.
Whatever the issues you face, I can help you love your life through a combination of powerful, effective, gentle and non-threatening techniques like self-hypnosis, and tools such as NLP, that have already helped many, many people young and old, including myself.
Contact me now by email or telephone to discuss how I can help you. I shall be very happy to answer your questions in confidence and without obligation and to help you discover how you can move to where you truly wish to be.
